St. John Parish Staff Promotes Andouille at 2025 LAFF Convention

St. John Parish staff are sharing and promoting all things Andouille at the 2025 Louisiana Association of Fairs and Festivals Convention (LAFF).

 

The team brought a “Taste of St. John” tonight treating festival representatives from throughout the state to andouille tacos and white chocolate bread pudding at the “Taste of Louisiana” event.

 

Additionally, Miss Andouille Queen Layla Jackson will compete against festival queens this weekend in the LAFF Pageant representing the Andouille Festival - St. John the Baptist Parish.
