Restore Louisiana Resilient Communities Infrastructure Program (RCIP)

Published on February 27, 2024

St. John the Baptist Parish is leading the process of preparing a Recovery Proposal to be submitted to the Louisiana Office of Community Development (OCD) for the Restore Louisiana RCIP grant program.

The Recovery Proposal is to justify the recovery needs that will be met through the proposal program.  It functions to provide OCD with a clear understanding of the disaster impact on each community and how the projects to be implemented under the RCIP address these identified impacts.

St. John the Baptist Parish recently held a public meeting for input for the Restore Louisiana Resilient Communities Infrastructure Program (RCIP) – Third Allocation for the Parish’s Recovery Proposal to be submitted for this program.

Residents of St. John the Baptist Parish are asked to participate in a survey about the proposed projects and the disaster impacts that have affected St. John the Baptist Parish. The survey results will be used in the development of the Recovery Proposal:
