Utilities is making emergency water repairs and as a result residents on East 7th street, Edgard, will have little to no water pressure for an estimated 4 to 6 hours.

Parish President Jaclyn Hotard Supports Expungement Intake Session Hosted by Southern University Law Center
Parish President Jaclyn Hotard and her staff alongside many officials including Representative Ken Brass and the St. John District’s Attorney Office, were proud to support last weekend’s Expungement Intake Session organized by Southern University’s Law Center Innovation and Strategic Partnerships and River Parishes Community College.
The event provided free expungement legal assistance, health screenings, and workforce training for St. John residents. “This impactful initiative helped over 200 residents access opportunities for employment, housing, and education,” said Parish President Hotard. “We are grateful to our community partners for making second chances a reality.”
